Here is an understatement for you: Flosstradamus was great last night. With a set spanning from Neil Diamond to exclusive new tracks from Cool Kids and Kid Sister and then from Weezer to Ludacris, the DJ duo completely rocked the giant outside space at the Mohawk. Openers Abominatron and Markus with a K traded off shifts of dance music and had the place shaking from early on, but the crowd was there to here "overnight star" and the "yeah yea" remix. It was extremely refreshing to me to see that a DJ show on a Tuesday night in the summer can do so well and be so gosh dern fun. Here is some new music from a guy who stood on the stage all night long last night behind Flosstradamus except for this one time when he managed to pull off crowd surfing- King Louie. King Louie probably loves Crookers more than anyone and it is absolutely apparent in his music. He has been producing for almost 10 years and worked in a multitude of genres (hip hop, turntablism, and now fidget house.) Check out these tracks he made with longtime PartyEnds friend- DJ Orion. Both tracks are electro gold and certain to work their way into the the Serato libraries of top cats all over the world.
