Party Ends

   I am completely revitalized with Ghosthustler. After canceling a show at the Mohawk, playing an awkward set at the DFA/Factory People ACL after party and having extreme equipment malfunctions at Wall of Sound fest I had decided that if you can’t say anything nice about a electro dance rock outfit from the heart of Dentron Texas it is best not to say anything at all.  But damn- their recordings just keep rocking my world. I have turned a new leaf.  These two new jams are out of control.  I have faith in things going well for them this year at sxsw and that is the understatment of the year.    

   First up is the track that premiered on the latest We Shot Jr. Mixtape called Only Me to Trust.  Brace yourself, this track is completely attention grabbing and as exciting as Parking Lot Nights. Part Private, part Chromeo, all inconceivably dancey.

   Next up is a BRAND NEW (read: 3 hours old) re-edit by Central Booking’s Austin delegate Prince Klassen of an older track called Busy Busy Busy. He puts a harsher edge and bigger beat behind their ‘blog house’ jam and makes it EVEN MORE dance floor ready. Word is CB will be putting out a GH 12 inch that might as well already be sold out on Turntable Lab and Good Records alike.  As soon as you see any sort of preorder option any where get out the paypal login info and hop to it.  

   Despite this band having a questionable live show track record in my book, upon close inspection I have determined that the band can do no wrong recording wise.  Download these tracks and impress your friends, sit back and wait for undeniable blip on Forkcast to start the Ghosthustler world takeover.
