First Evil Knevil and now Pimp C?! this week is blowing. My thoughts go out to Bun B and the entire town of screwston. Read more about it on (sigh) TMZ.
Think about how much more popular he and UGK became when Pimp C was in jail- now muliply that by a million bottles of sizzurp and you my freind have just looked into the future of your hip hop radio station. That is what it do.

This is the most terrible news since DJ Screw's death years ago and Big Moe's recent death. Pimp C, you will forever be remembered as the King of the South, the King of Texas, and the one that opened the doors for young rappers of the south today. We, the people of the underground community, are really gonna miss you. R.I.P Pimp C A.K.A Chad Butler keep your head up Bun! UGK Fo' Life!!!

I was in prison myself when Pimp C died - took me like a month after his death before I knew. Really took it hard. I'm just a white girl, but UGK has been my favorite rap group for like 15 years now! I'M STILL bumping that Ridin Dirty cd. . . . and alot of other stuff. R.I.P. my brother
