   Please join us at the Mohawk  on June 14^th for a night full of mind boggling indie rap, electro drum machines and enough keyboards to make you stop whining that this next season of Friday Night Lights will be the last.

   Party Ends presents: Til We’re Blue or Destroy, Astronatalis, the Magic Surprise, and DJ Markus with a K  one night only that will surely karate chop your mind to shreds. That goes for you too my under 21's- this show is open to all ages! The Mohawk once again is on their way to being everyone’s favorite bar in Austin with their consistently amazing shows and most recently their praise for being so eco friendly in the Austin Chronicle.

   You can read about my love for Til’ We’re Blue or Destroy here and of Astronautalis here, here and countless other times if you are a long time reader of the site. If it were socially acceptable to curate a total fan site for Astronautalis on par with Colbert Nation- I would do it. Think about it– a comprehensive database of all of his freestyle topics! Pictures! Discussion boards! I’m such a dork. Astro is one of the greats and the inside of the Mohawk doesn’t know what talent is going to hit it when he takes the stage… it might also be surprised when it see how much room TWBOD takes up.

I have seen the Magic Surprise once before and loved it. They are tight and are talented at programming samplers and drum machines as well as lap steel guitar playing. 80's tinged dance to the maxxx. It'll be worth getting there early for.

Mark your calendars for June 14^th because this is a Party Ends event that is not to be missed! And finally- I read online that Hollywood is going to make a Thundercats movie.  Yeeeessss!
