   Happy day after Cinco De Mayo! I hope everyone had some girlie margarita variants and mucho chips and salsa. I'm going to use this auspicious late felicitation as an excuse to post some shit that really isn't going to work as posts all on their own, mostly because it's not quite new enough and it only didn't get posted when it was new because I'm a lazy ass and the files have been sitting on our server anyway. So, yeah, here you go.

   The Teenagers are the total shiz-a and will be taking over the world shortly. After the blog/indie-tastic hype around that track Starlett Johansson (which was very much akin to Ozma's Natalie Portman), they have been getting some real play (a lot of it because of their incredible remixes), and it's all pretty well deserved. Funny, stylish, self aware, and catchy; check this kind of newer stuff out. So good.

   I have told y'all how close to my heart of hearts Auckland, New Zealand's Coco Solid truly is. A duo of outrightly ironic, hipsters doing what they do best: making laugh-out-loud, bad-ass hip hop. This video has been on their site for a while, and I keep meaning to point it out, but they haven't released a new track in a while, and I'm getting antsy. So, here you go, the Take On Me by a twelve year old video for Crime Fighter. Their your spelling teachers and their feeling stern, so you best check yourself before you, you know, wreck yourself.
