I really don't care that you'll see this video everywhere, because it's awesome and I would probably post anything by James Murphy that I could get my hands on. This is definitely one of the best tracks off of the stellar new Sound of Silver record, and the video lends a mesmerizing aesthetic to the album's shiny around the edges sound. Reminiscent of better videos from the late 90's, I'm called back to elements of Around the World and Let Forever Be, and of course some Ziggy Stardust thrown in there. Oh, and who doesn't want an LCD Soundsystem song covered by Franz Ferdinand?

I would never say it was as good as Around the World, nothing is that good. Around the World should win an Oscar.

Yeah, it's by no means Gondry caliber, but does have Gondry-esqu elements.
