Party Ends

   Political, energetic, and melodic; the Always Already’s self titled EP channels the DC vibe of Fugazi and Q and Not U but claims the sound with the unyielding aptitude of Texas boys like At the Drive-In.  The band is now without a guitar player and, as a result, the Casio keyboard takes center stage along with multiple microphones and a tight dance punk rhythm section. The group pulls off a sense of urgency that is typically present in bands who have a message. The thing is- it seems like most bands don’t have as much to say these days.  The Always Already is a must see at SXSW.

   Swing by 1604 San Antonio St. on Saturday March 17^th at 10pm to check them out at one of our SXSW rad free parties- this one dubbed Four on the Floor.  This is an all day and most of the night event organized by our friends over at ComplicateEverything.com who also happen to put out the Always Already albums.

The group is also playing at Jesse’s Bed & Breakfast (Austin: 26th and Lafayette) on Friday the 16^th at 6pm!  SXSW is the best time of year, I tell you what.
