Party Ends

   Now hear this: Car Stereo (Wars) is one of the coolest things going on in Austin, possibly the Universe, and you should not miss, under any circumstances, this killer New Years Eve party. I know you'll whimper things like "But I live in Canada" or "Que!?", but nothing should keep you from this heap of steaming 90's goodness.

   Swiss is an Austin super group consisting of members from The Gloria Record, Zykos, etc. I have been told that they play something like once a decade, though I may be exaggerating a smidgen. They will be performing 90's hits from the likes of Pavement, Pixies, The Smashing Pumpkins, weezer and all the “alternative” classics you know and love. 

   Inside the illustrious Beauty Bar will be Car Stereo (Wars) mixing hip dance tracks with "90's cheese." "Think Prince's "1999" mixed with The Knife's "Heartbeats" and you'll have the idea...or think of The Rapture mixed with Tone Loc or Tag Team."

   There will be free portraits taken by Courtney Chavanal, free NYE party favors, 90’s party favors, and free Champagne!

This will be very similar to some of the 90’s Prom’s thrown by Car Stereo (Wars).
