You guys hear about the crunk Daedelus/Poirier show that’s coming to Austin on Sunday the 21st at Emo’s?  Boom.  You just did.  The touring acts are playing along with local grime and dubstep enthusiasts  Tuh-nie and Richard Henry. Grab your tickets in advance HERE.

I have been loving me some Poirier (formerly Ghislain Poirier) Jay Z and Lady Sovereign remixes for a while now am pumped that he is one a bill the with the prodigious Daedelus. All you need to know about this cat is that he founded the internet radio station DubLab a while back and apparently plays a Tenori-On as a part of his live set… YES!

This will a night of Ninja Tune style bodyrockin’ bass. The usual mosh pit/ Lonestar spillage gathering zone will be a full-on dancefloor… I think. I am not that good of a judge of popularity of these guys. I was a little surprised to see that it is on the inside stage.   I hope it’s packed.  It should be. This would be a blast of a show to go to for anyone interested in electronic music.
